How it works
- Place your order online, by phone or on WhatsApp.
- We call you to book a delivery day before your order is dispatched.
- On the day, our two-person team brings it in. Delivered to the room of your choice on the ground floor, or upper floors where there is a working lift.
Where we deliver
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. We can’t currently deliver to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands.
Stairs and access
Upper floors without a lift: please tell us at checkout so we can send a two-person team. Please measure doorways, hallways and stair turns before you order — our size guide shows how.
Checking your delivery
Please check boxes for damage before signing. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork and tell us within 48 hours with photos — we’ll put it right free of charge.
