The agreement between you and us when you order.

Your order

When you place an order we email an acknowledgement. The contract is formed when we call or email to confirm your delivery date. Prices include VAT. Standard products are sold in the sizes listed. Custom pieces are quoted separately after we agree your specifications; submitting a quote request does not place an order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland in 5–10 working days. Delivery costs £39, or is free on orders over £500. See delivery information.

Cancellations and returns

For standard items, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unassembled and in their original packaging. See returns.

Guarantee

12-month guarantee: Covers manufacturing faults in frames, runners, hinges and mechanisms. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
