For standard items, tell us within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.
Changing your mind
- Tell us within 14 days of delivery — by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Items must be unassembled and in their original packaging.
- We’ll arrange collection, or you can return it yourself. Collection costs are confirmed before booking.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item.
Damaged or faulty items
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Faults that appear later are covered by our 12-month guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
