What’s covered

Covers manufacturing faults in frames, runners, hinges and mechanisms. If something fails through normal use, we’ll repair it, send a replacement part, or replace the item.

What isn’t covered

• Damage from accidents, misuse, or incorrect assembly.
• Normal wear, like fabric softening or natural variation in wood.
• Items used commercially.

Caring for your furniture

• Fabric and velvet: vacuum with a soft brush; blot spills straight away — don’t rub.
• Leather: dust with a dry cloth and condition twice a year; keep out of direct sunlight.
• Wood and laminate: wipe with a damp, well-wrung cloth; avoid harsh cleaners.
• Mirrors and glass: use glass cleaner on the glass only.
• Keep all furniture away from radiators and damp walls, and fit the anti-tip kits supplied with tall items.
