What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you order or contact us, plus notes you choose to add about delivery access. For custom quote requests, we also collect your measurements, preferred colour or fabric, design notes and any photos you attach.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To answer your questions.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We never sell your data. We use service providers to store requests, send emails and host uploaded photos, and share delivery details with our delivery partners. We share only what is needed to provide these services.

Your basket and wishlist

These are stored on your own device (local storage), not on our servers, until you place an order.

Cookies and optional analytics

We save your analytics choice in local storage. If Google Analytics is configured, it loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It measures public page visits; we do not send order details, enquiry text or contact details to Analytics. Google may process device and browser information and use analytics cookies. You can change your choice using Cookie settings.

Staff sign-in uses an authentication cookie. Your basket and wishlist use local storage to remember the items you select.

Providers and external links

The website uses MongoDB for stored orders and quote requests, Cloudinary for uploaded photos, and a configured email provider for messages and confirmations. Furniture images may be served through Unsplash. WhatsApp links open a separate service when you choose to follow them. If enabled with your consent, Google provides analytics. Our hosting provider may process request logs and IP addresses for operation and security.

Retention and legal bases — details to confirm

This template proposes contract performance for order fulfilment, legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and protecting the site, legal obligations for required accounting records, and consent for optional analytics. The owner must confirm these bases, actual retention periods, processors and international transfer arrangements before publishing this policy.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, and ask about portability, restriction or objection where applicable. You can withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings and raise a concern with your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
